We work to protect the safety, security, and integrity of our Services. This includes appropriately dealing with abusive people and activity violating our Terms. We work to PROHIBIT misuse of our Services including harmful conduct towards others, violations of our Terms and policies, and address situations where we may be able to help support or protect our community. If we learn of people or activities like this, we will take appropriate action, including by exerting a suspension.
Users must not:
Compromise Personal Safety and Show Disrespect

Harass, threaten, impersonate, intimidate, or bully other users.

Make discriminatory remarks or judgments against others based on race, skin color, gender, religion, national origin, region, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Engage in personal attacks such as mocking, sarcasm, or verbal abuse toward others.
Disseminate Inappropriate or Illegal Content

Post or share illegal, violent, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.

Spread false or unverified claims, such as online rumors or misinformation.
Compromise Personal and Financial Privacy

Disclose personal information of yourself or others without authorization—including home address, phone number, school information, etc.

Conduct unauthorized transactions, encourage unauthorized spending, or engage in fraudulent activities on the platform.
Jeopardize Account Security and Engage in Improper Use

Solicit, deceive, or improperly ask for other users’ account information.

Participate in fraud, spamming, or any illegal activities.
Undermine System and Platform Security

Upload viruses or malicious code, or perform any actions that disrupt or damage normal service operations.

Use crawlers, scrapers, or other automated means to access the service.

Bypass platform security measures or interfere with platform functions.

Recommended Steps to Protect Your Rights:

Reporting Inappropriate Behavior
If any user engages in inappropriate behavior, such as using offensive language, please email us at [email protected] with the relevant chat records and their JusTalk Kids IDs. Upon verification, we can impose a suspension as a warning. However, please note that while we can suspend accounts, we cannot entirely prevent users from registering new ones.

Blocking Existing Contacts
Please block the users involved. This action will prevent any further communication from these individuals.

Make sure your child knows they can always come to you for help, and show them how to use the in-app reporting channel if they see or experience anything upsetting.
