Every purchase comes with TalkiePods and a Platinum Family membership, which will be automatically applied to the currently logged-in JusTalk account. The membership cannot be transferred or gifted to others.
Can I Redeem Membership Multiple Times?
Each TalkiePods purchase includes a one-time membership redemption.
Can I Still Use TalkiePods after the Membership Ends?
Yes. The basic functions of TalkiePods still work, but Platinum Family-only features like advanced controls or usage reports require a Platinum Family subscription.
How Many TalkiePods Can I Link under one Platinum Family Account?
There’s currently no limit. One parent account can connect and manage multiple TalkiePods across different children, each with personalized settings and controls.
