Important Notice:
JusTalk Kids is a communication app designed especially for children and may only be used with the verification and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating and managing a JusTalk Kids account for your child, you (the parent or guardian) acknowledge and agree to all the terms of this Agreement on your child’s behalf.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Οροι”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Ningbo Jus Internet Technology Co., Ltd. regarding your use of the JusTalk Kids application, website, and related features (collectively, the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Service. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not download, install, access, or use the Service. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Parental Authorization

JusTalk Kids is intended solely for children who use it under the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You represent and warrant that you are the child’s lawful guardian and have the authority to accept these Terms on the child’s behalf.
Children may not register for or use the Service without verified parental consent.

3. Privacy Protection

Your and your child’s privacy is governed by the Πολιτική Απορρήτου JusTalk Kids, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Service, you agree (on your child’s behalf) that we may process personal information in accordance with that policy. We do not display advertisements, do not sell personal information, and all messages are protected by κρυπτογράφηση από άκρο σε άκρο. Undelivered messages are automatically deleted after a maximum of 15 days.

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for:

Safeguarding the parent passcode and your child’s account credentials;
Reviewing and deciding whether to approve friend requests;
Keeping contact details accurate and up to date;
Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

Neither you nor your child may share login information or allow others to access the account.

5. License Scope

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control for household, non-commercial use only. Except as permitted by law or an applicable open-source license, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to extract source code, or create derivative works based on the Service.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership
You and your child retain ownership of any content created or shared within JusTalk Kids (including text, images, videos, custom stickers, or GIFs). You grant JusTalk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use such content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service (e.g., hosting, caching, encrypted transmission, backup).
6.2 Rights and Permissions
You must ensure your child has the legal right to any content they upload or share. Strictly prohibited:

Using or distributing unauthorized images, stickers, GIFs, or other media (including copyrighted characters, logos, or photos of others);
Any infringement of others’ copyrights, trademarks, patents, privacy, or publicity rights.

If we discover infringing content, we may remove or restrict access and take appropriate action after reasonable review. Intellectual-property concerns may be reported to [email protected].
6.3 Content Safety
If we reasonably believe that certain content or behavior violates laws, these Terms, or user safety, we may delete, block, or limit the related account or content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You and your child must not:

Harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate others;
Post illegal, violent, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content (especially any sexual content involving minors);
Upload viruses or malicious code, or disrupt system operations;
Use crawlers, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service;
Solicit or obtain others’ account information without permission;
Engage in fraud, spam, or any illegal or discriminatory activities;
Circumvent security measures or interfere with the platform’s functions.

8. Safety Features and Reporting

JusTalk Kids is built with safety as a top priority (e.g., κρυπτογράφηση από άκρο σε άκρο και parental approval mechanisms). However, no online environment is completely risk-free. Please supervise your child’s use and discuss online safety regularly.

You or your child can block or report inappropriate content or behavior through the in-app features.
We will cooperate with authorized agencies as required by law to protect children and user safety.

9. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

9.1 App Store Payments
Paid features and subscriptions are processed by third-party stores (such as Apple App Store, Google Play, and Amazon Appstore). Their billing cycles, tax rules, and refund policies apply.
9.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting the app or account does not cancel your subscription; please cancel via your store account settings.
9.3 Refund Policy

Apple App Store: Refunds are handled by Apple.
Amazon Appstore: Refunds are handled by Amazon.
Google Play: Please contact us within 72 hours of purchase with a valid reason. If we cannot resolve the issue within 14 days, we may offer a full or partial refund or extend the service period.

No refund will be granted for circumstances including (but not limited to): failure to cancel a subscription on time, configuration errors, refusal of technical support, unstable network connections, or changing device types (unless otherwise provided by store policy).
9.4 Price Changes
We may adjust subscription prices in accordance with store policies and will notify you in advance.
Continuing to use the Service or failing to cancel after renewal constitutes acceptance of the new price.

10. Third-Party Services and Open-Source Components

To enable certain functions (such as crash analytics, message delivery, and cloud storage), we may use trusted third-party services or open-source libraries. These providers may process data only under our instructions and may not use it for advertising or profiling purposes. For a detailed list, please contact [email protected].

11. Service Updates

We may periodically release updates, bug fixes, or new features to improve security and performance.
Some functions may be modified, added, or removed accordingly.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We may immediately suspend or terminate the Service or any account if:

The law or these Terms are violated;
Safety or compliance risks arise; or
Operational needs require it.

You may delete the child account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete My Account. After deletion, related data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions concerning privacy, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, error-free operation, or uninterrupted availability.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules).
Any dispute arising from the use of the Service shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the location of Ningbo Jus Internet Technology Co., Ltd.
You agree that such court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by publishing the latest version in the app or on our official website.
If changes materially affect user rights, we will notify you in advance via the app or email.
Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms are entered into between you and Ningbo Jus Internet Technology Co., Ltd.
These Terms and the Πολιτική Απορρήτου together form the entire agreement between the parties.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
Nothing in these Terms creates rights for any third party.
You and your child must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.
