JusTalk Kids perfectly supports FCM (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging). To get notified of incoming calls or messages on JusTalk Kids, please allow JusTalk Kids to automatically run in your Samsung phone. The following settings won’t affect your device when your JusTalk Kids is running in the background, which means it won’t consume more power or mobile data of your device.

Étape 1 :
Accédez à votre téléphone intelligente Gestionnaire application> Applications à exécution automatique > activer Just Talk Kids.
Étape 2 :
Accédez à votre téléphone Paramètres application> Apps > Just Talk Kids > expert > allumer Autoriser l'activité en arrière-plan.
Samsung 8.0 :
Étape 1 :
Accédez à votre téléphone intelligente Gestionnaire application> expert > Applications non surveillées > ajouter Just Talk Kids.
Étape 2 :
Accédez à votre téléphone intelligente Gestionnaire application> Applications à exécution automatique > activer Just Talk Kids.
En dessous de Samsung 8.0 :
Étape 1 :
Accédez à votre téléphone intelligente Gestionnaire application> expert > Applications non surveillées > ajouter Just Talk Kids.
Étape 2 :
Accédez à votre téléphone intelligente Gestionnaire application> Gestion des applications > GÉRER L'EXÉCUTION AUTOMATIQUE > activer Just Talk Kids.
*NOTE: If you have followed the above instructions, but your call still gets dropped while your JusTalk Kids is running in the background, we recommend that you follow the below instructions to disable the battery optimization of the JusTalk Kids app.
