Que faire si j'oublie mon mot de passe ?

If you sign up with phone number

1. Go to login page.
2. Enter your phone number and tap Forgot password on the lower right corner.
3. You will receive a verification code soon through text message.
4. Enter the code you received and reset your password.

Note: The verification code will be sent to the phone number that you used for registration.

If you sign up with a JusTalk ID or if your tablet can’t receive SMS:

We’re sorry that you need to delete the account and then you can re-create a new one with the same number.  If you agree us to delete your account , please send an email to [email protected], including the following information to help us verify your account:

1. The phone number plus the country code or the JusTalk ID which was used to sign up for JusTalk Kids.
2. The specific device model (e.g. a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 or iPhone 6S) and its OS version (e.g. Android 6.0 or iOS 11) where your JusTalk Kids account was logged in.
3. The approximate date when registered for JusTalk Kids.
