저스톡 키즈 is a video calling and messaging app specifically designed for children. It helps kids stay connected with family and friends in a safe, controlled, and ad-free environment.
We take the privacy of children and parents very seriously and strictly comply with applicable childrens privacy protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to: the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K, Article 8 – Childrens Privacy), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Our core principles are:
- We do not sell personal information.
- We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services.
- Parents always retain full control over their childs account.
Age Applicability and Parental Consent
저스톡 키즈 is rated 4+ on the App Store, suitable for safe use by children. The app is specifically designed for children under 13 years old, who may use it only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
In the European Union, United Kingdom, and other regions governed by the GDPR, children aged 13 to 16 may use JusTalk Kids only with verifiable parental consent.
We do not collect personal information from children without obtaining verifiable parental consent (VPC). Parents may withdraw consent, view, or delete their childs account and related data at any time.
Parental Controls and Rights
Parents or guardians have full management authority over their childs account. You can:
- Approve or reject friend requests;
- Enable or disable location sharing;
- Edit or delete your childs account;
- Contact us at any time to access, update, or delete information.
Information We Collect
To provide a safe and reliable service, we collect only the following types of information:
- Account and Registration Information
Includes your childs chosen nickname, date of birth (used solely for age verification), country/region, and avatar.
This information is used to create an account and ensure age-appropriate features. - Contacts and Friends
We record your childs friend list and interaction status.
Each friend request requires mutual confirmation, and parents can choose to require approval for all connections. - Calls and Messages

- Messages are deleted from our servers once delivered.
- Undelivered messages are retained for up to 15 days and then automatically deleted. We do not read or listen to childrens messages or calls.
- Device and Log Information

Parents who subscribe to membership features can create a parent account and link their childs account.
When you voluntarily enable “Live Location,” your childs location is encrypted and visible only to you.
We store location data only for as long as necessary to provide the feature and delete it within a reasonable period thereafter. - Customer Support and Feedback
When you contact our support team, you may provide your email address, screenshots, or error logs to help diagnose issues.
Third-Party Services and Open-Source Components
To implement certain technical features (e.g., crash analytics, message transmission, or cloud storage), we may use trusted third-party services such as Firebase. These providers act solely under our instructions and are prohibited from using the data for advertising, profiling, or other commercial purposes.

No Advertising
JusTalk Kids does not display advertisements or push commercial content to children.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for advertising purposes, and we do not allow partners to use JusTalk Kids data for targeted ads.

- To provide and maintain JusTalk Kids core functions;
- To improve performance and user experience;

Children under 13 may use JusTalk Kids only under parental supervision.

Parents or guardians may at any time:
- Access, correct, or delete their childs personal information;
- Withdraw consent for specific features (such as location or media access);
- Request details about the types of information we hold and how it is used.
Upon verification of identity, we will delete the related account and data as requested.
