1. Check Your Device Speaker or Headphones

Make sure your device’s speaker is functioning properly

Try switching between speaker and headphones during a call
2. Close Other Apps Using Audio or Microphone
Some third-party apps may take control of the microphone or audio output, which can affect your call volume.

Close any apps that may be using audio (e.g., music players, recording apps, video apps)

Reopen JusTalk Kids and try the call again
3. Check Device Volume & Permissions

Ensure your device volume is turned up and not muted
