Our Commitment

JusTalk 兒童 is a video calling and messaging app specifically designed for children. It helps kids stay connected with family and friends in a safe, controlled, and ad-free 環境。
We take the privacy of children and parents very seriously and strictly comply with applicable childrens privacy protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to: the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)是， General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K, Article 8 – Childrens Privacy)和 加州消費者隱私法（CCPA）.

Age Applicability and Parental Consent

    Each friend request requires mutual confirmation, and parents can choose to require approval for all connections.

    • We only process the necessary technical information during message transmission to ensure that messages are delivered securely.
    • Messages are deleted from our servers once delivered.
    • Undelivered messages are retained for up to 15 days and then automatically deleted. We do not read or listen to childrens messages or calls.
  4. Device and Log Information
    Includes device model, operating system version, usage time, and crash logs, collected only to ensure stable operation and troubleshooting.
  5. Location Information (Optional)
    Parents who subscribe to membership features can create a parent account and link their childs account.
    When you voluntarily enable “Live Location,” your childs location is encrypted and visible only to you.
    We store location data only for as long as necessary to provide the feature and delete it within a reasonable period thereafter.

    When you contact our support team, you may provide your email address, screenshots, or error logs to help diagnose issues.

Data Retention and Deletion:

Upon verification of identity, we will delete the related account and data as requested.
