To receive incoming calls or message notifications on JusTalk Kids, please allow JusTalk Kids to run automatically in your phone. When your JusTalk Kids is running in the background, the following settings will not affect your device, which means it will not consume more battery or mobile data of your device.
How to configure your notifications:

Navigate to your phone’s Settings app > Notifications > JusTalk Kids> Turn on Allow Notifications

Turn on Time Sensitive Notification > Turn on Lock Screen, Notification Center, Banners, Sounds, Badges
Follow the steps above and you will be notified when you receive a message.
