How We Protect User Privacy

How Does JusTalk Protect Your Privacy?

At JusTalk, your privacy and security are our top priorities. That’s why we store user data locally on your device—not on our servers.

What does this mean?

Only you and the person you’re talking to can read or listen to your messages and calls. No one else—not even JusTalk—can access your content.
Whether texting, calling, or sharing photos and videos, your data is encrypted before leaving your device and can only be decrypted by the intended recipient.

What is encrypted on JusTalk?
  • One-to-one & group messages

  • Voice & video calls

  • Photos, videos, stickers, voice messages

  • Contact names & chat metadata

All your private moments stay private.

Can JusTalk access my chats or calls?

No. Since data is stored locally, JusTalk cannot access, store, or view your messages or calls. Even our team cannot read or listen—during or after transmission.

How is this different from other apps?

Most apps only encrypt data between your device and their servers. JusTalk goes further by keeping data only on your device, so it never exists in a readable format on our servers.

Do I need to enable this?

No setup required! It’s on by default for every JusTalk user.
