Option1: If you have not linked your parent account
Please delete and reinstall the app. This will reset all settings. After logging in again, you can set a new parental passcode.

Option2: If you have linked your parent account
  1. Tap on Add Friend
  2. Tap on Continue with Passcode
  3. Tap on Forgot Password
  4. Choose Continue with Parent Account
  5. Scan the QR code with the parent’s device.
