If you've purchased JusTalk Kids on App Store, refunds are handled by Apple, not JusTalk. To request a refund from Apple, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
3. Click "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for.
4. Choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
If you made a purchase on Google Play, we're happy to review your request for a refund, but ask that you provide some more information below.
