JusTalk Kids perfectly supports FCM (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging). To get notified of incoming calls or messages on JusTalk Kids, please allow JusTalk Kids to automatically run in your Samsung phone. The following settings won’t affect your device when your JusTalk Kids is running in the background, which means it won’t consume more power or mobile data of your device.
How to configure your notifications:
Above Samsung 8.0:
Step 1:
Navigate to your phone’s Smart Manager app > Auto run apps > enable ג'וס טוק ילדים.
Step 2:
Navigate to your phone’s הגדרות app > Apps > ג'וס טוק ילדים > Battery > turn on Allow background activity.
Samsung 8.0:
Step 1:
Navigate to your phone’s Smart Manager app > Battery > Unmonitored apps > add ג'וס טוק ילדים.
Step 2:
Navigate to your phone’s Smart Manager app > Auto run apps > enable ג'וס טוק ילדים.
Below Samsung 8.0:
Step 1:
Navigate to your phone’s Smart Manager app > Battery > Unmonitored apps > add ג'וס טוק ילדים.
Step 2:
Navigate to your phone’s Smart Manager app > App management > MANAGE AUTO RUN > enable ג'וס טוק ילדים.
*NOTE: If you have followed the above instructions, but your call still gets dropped while your JusTalk Kids is running in the background, we recommend that you follow the below instructions to disable the battery optimization of the JusTalk Kids app.
Navigate to your phone’s הגדרות app > Battery > Battery optimization > Find and click on ג'וס טוק ילדים > Select Do not optimize.
