1. Check Your Network Connection
Make sure your device is connected to a stable network (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
A poor or unstable connection may delay or block the delivery of the verification code.
2. Confirm the Entered Information

Double-check that the phone number or email address you entered is correct

Make sure the country code is selected properly

Check for any typos before requesting the code again
3. Wait and Request Again
In some cases, message delivery may be delayed.

Please wait 1–2 minutes before requesting a new verification code

Avoid requesting codes too frequently, as this may trigger temporary limits
4. Check Spam or Junk Folders (Email Codes)
If you are receiving a code via email:

Check your Spam, Junk, או Promotions folder

Make sure your mailbox is not full
5. Check SMS Blocking or Carrier Restrictions
For SMS verification codes:

Ensure your device can receive text messages normally

Disable any SMS blocking or filtering apps

Contact your carrier to confirm there are no restrictions on receiving verification messages
6. Try an Alternative Verification Method
If available, try switching between SMS and email verification to see which works best for you.
