Linking a parent’s phone number to a JusTalk Kids account provides an extra layer of security, ensuring that the account remains accessible even if both the child and parent forget their login or Parental Password. This feature acts as a secure backup, preventing account loss and maintaining uninterrupted access to JusTalk Kids. By binding a phone number, parents can safeguard their child’s account and streamline the recovery process when needed.

 

How to Bind a Parent’s Phone Number
  1. Ensure that you have a Kids Premium or Premium Family membership and have linked a parent account to JusTalk Kids.
  2. Tap your avatar.
  3. Select the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.
  4. Go to Account and tap Parent Phone Number.
  5. Enter your parent’s phone number and follow the prompts to complete the setup.

 

By enabling this feature, parents can ensure their child’s account remains secure and easily recoverable, offering greater peace of mind.
