Common Reasons Notifications May Not Work
Many Amazon devices use aggressive system optimization and battery-saving features that may:
  • Restrict apps from running in the background
  • Delay or block notifications
  • Prevent calls or messages from arriving on time

 

How to Fix It: Disable Battery Optimization
Please follow the steps below to ensure JusTalk Kids can deliver notifications properly:
  1. Offen Einstellungen on your device
  2. Gehe zu Apps & Notifications
  3. Klopfen Special App Access
  4. Wählen Batterie Optimization
  5. Find and tap JusTalk Kinder
  6. Wählen Don’t Optimize
This allows JusTalk Kids to run in the background and receive calls and messages in real time.

 

Additional Tips
  • Make sure notifications are enabled for JusTalk Kids
  • Check that Do Not Disturb mode is turned off
  • Ensure your device is connected to a stable network
  • Keep the app updated to the latest version
